COUNTRY SKILLET $9.49 Homemade is the word here. We use our homemade sausage gravy to smother chopped pieces of our homemade hand dipped chicken fried steak. We also throw in some grilled, diced onions under the eggs*.

HAM SKILLET $9.29 A generous amount of diced ham and diced onions covered in aged cheddar cheese, then topped with your eggs*. OMELETTES All of our omelettes are made with three large Grade A eggs* and prepared in an individual pan, not on a grill. It takes more work and time, but you get a fluffier, lighter omelette. Includes hash browns and toast. Home fries may replace hash browns for 25 cents.

Why do you think it's called a chef salad? Our chef has nothing to do with it. We just take a bed of lettuce with cucumber slices, tomato wedges, and a hard boiled egg. Then we top it with two cheeses and finish it off with slices of ham and slices of turkey. OK, since we slow roast our own turkey breasts here, maybe the chef does have something to do with it.

We know it says chicken, but it's beef. It is a piece of beef, hand breaded, then deep fried like chicken, thus the name. We cover it with our homemade country sausage gravy when we serve it. This is one of our top sellers for breakfast & dinner. If you are looking for the chicken like this, look above the US flag to the right.

FRIED CHICKEN $7.79
OK, let's be honest. We do most of our cooking from scratch, but not this. This comes to us directly the way we serve it. We just drop Honey battered chicken in our pure canola oil and it comes out tasting great. We do make the buttermilk biscuit that comes with it. Each dinner comes with leg, thigh, & breast.

GRILLED TERIYAKI CHICKEN $10.69
We grill two six-ounce chicken breasts while applying our teriyaki sauce during the cooking. Then top it off with grilled pineapple rings and more sauce.

CHICKEN FRIED CHICKEN $9.99 A hand breaded chicken breast deep fried in canola oil and served smothered in our homemade sausage gravy. BECKY GENE'S CHICKEN PASTA $9.49 We know it's a weird name, but for months Andre used to whip this dish up for Becky when she took a break. One day she was eating it a the counter when Gene, one of our most regular customers, came in and saw her eating it. The next thing you know, we're making it for Gene. We finally decided if we keep making it, we might as well put it on the menu. If you order it, you better like garlic. We pan fry a combination of angel pasta, green beans, mushrooms, peppers, & broccoli in an Italian Garlic sauce. We top it off with a grilled chicken breast and compliment it with a slice of Texas garlic toast.

CHICKEN PARMESAN $10.99 We hand bread your chicken breast, fry it, and serve it covered with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese on a bed of angel hair pasta. Comes with a slice of Texas garlic toast.

CHICKEN FINGERS $8.49
Our chicken fingers are great enough the way they are, but for a special treat that will make your mouth water, order them Buffalo style for only 30 cents more. If you decide to, please specify Mild or HOT.

GROUND STEAK* $9.49 Eight ounces of ground beef grilled on our broiler, then topped with grilled onions & peppers, and brown gravy. MEATLOAF $8.79 It wouldn't be a diner without this menu selection. BEEF LIVER WITH ONIONS $9.49 We put liver on the menu at the request of one of our customers. At first we laughed about it. Liver is something you either love or hate, no in between, but a lot of you must love it because we sell hundreds of this platter each month. We dip the liver in buttermilk, hand bread it, then grill it with a lot of onions. It's topped off with a strip of bacon.

ALASKAN COD $9.39 Very few things come right out of the box here, but we're proud of this fish. This cod is flash frozen in Alaska and comes to us with a light breading. We fry it in 100% canola oil and send it out to you. Some people might think fresh is better, but frankly scallop, we don't give a clam. OK, maybe we should be nicer because without your business, we'd be on squid row. Ha ha. Whale, enough of this, enjoy dinner.

TURKEY DINNER $9.79 Our own oven roasted turkey slow cooked to perfection and served over stuffing. Customers tell us all the time how good our turkey tastes. When you cook thirty or forty a month, you're bound to learn something.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT CHASE'S DINER

RULE 1 - Quality without compromise. Buy the best and sell it at a fair price. Things like whole hog sausage, Oroweat bread, centercut pork chops, hardwood smoked center cut bacon, our own oven roasted turkey, and premium albacore tuna. We buy quality, and if there's something we want to bring to you, but can't find the quality you deserve, we do it ourself, like our own smoked meats, or our homemade custard.

RULE 2 - Take good care of the customer, and the people who serve them. Our business beliefs are the same as our personal beliefs...Care about people and do the right thing. We're here to do whatever's necessary to make you happy and bring you back, but we can't do it alone. We're proud of the personality of our team, and the commitment each person makes to us for you. Becky (Skip's sister who doesn't have a choice) has been here from day one, and so has Andre, our Head Manager, Head Chef, Head Whatever! Johnny had Ed, we have Dre (he thinks he's family, please don't tell him otherwise). Sophia & Malynda complete our management team. Jen, Jaime, and Mathew, our kids, have grown up here and do their share. All of Andre's kids have also grown up here and have been a big part of the diner. Donna, Bonnie, Chane, Stephanie, Anne, Martin, Elvia, Mary, Larry, and Ana have all been here for over a year. We're proud of all of our people who help make your visits special, and if you're not happy, we want to know about it so we can make it right.

However, if you are like that weird cousin we have, well in that case, as usual we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Also, please be advised that if you have any food allergies or food restrictions our cook line is used to prepare multiple items.

RULE 3 - We're proud to live and work in Chandler. We've lived here since 1986. Our kids go to Chandler schools so we support Chandler schools. We appreciate that the Diner has taken on a life of its own and is as much Chandler's as it is ours. This is why we give so much back to the community by way of neighborhood homeowner groups, Sun Lakes clubs, youth sports, and several local charities. We share our success with our community because our community is responsible for our success.
